These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AEO Vision ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the aeovision.ai website and the AEO Vision platform (collectively, the "Service").

AEO Vision is an AI Search Visibility Platform that allows users to track, analyze, and optimize their brand's presence across AI-powered search engines, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Mode.

The Service includes features such as prompt tracking, competitor analysis, Reddit insights, TikTok trend analysis, task management, workflow automation, and content creation tools.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Plans

We offer multiple subscription plans (Solo, Growth, and Enterprise) with different features and pricing. Plan details and pricing are available on our Plans page and may be updated from time to time.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose that is fraudulent or deceptive
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AEO Vision and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

AEO Vision monitors publicly available AI platform responses and does not access, store, or process any private or proprietary data from AI platforms on your behalf unless explicitly authorized.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI visibility data and scores are provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEO Vision and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AEO Vision is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
